Hello, I’m Rachelle Rutherford, a strategic visionary and chief executive officer at Kids on the Move (KOTM), a trailblazing multimillion-dollar nonprofit dedicated to providing essential support, education, and therapies for children with delays and disabilities. With over 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles, I have honed my ability to reverse-engineer goals and create impactful solutions for individuals and businesses facing seemingly impossible obstacles. My career began with an extraordinary launch, utilizing unconventional resources that reflected my innovative spirit.
As a CEO, mom, author, speaker, model, business coach, and philanthropist, I believe that discipline is one of the highest forms of self-love. I consistently put in the necessary work every day to deliver powerful solutions, promote a balanced and holistic lifestyle, and foster opportunities for continuous growth and empowerment on a global scale. My understanding of overcoming the impossible is deeply rooted in my personal experiences as a survivor of childhood abuse and trauma, which have shaped my philanthropic missions, intuitive leadership, and unwavering commitment to empowering my clients, spearheading new initiatives, and relentlessly pursuing my personal growth.
I have spent many years competing in pageants across the world using my platform as Mrs. World America and Mrs. World America Fitness 2023-24 and Mrs. World International Fitness 2024-25 to defend innocence and provide hope to children and survivors. I serve on the board of directors for Prevent Child Abuse Utah and have delivered powerful speeches at the Women Economic Forum in New Delhi, India, high schools and universities in Côte d’Ivoire, and the Future Women’s Global Rising Summit.
My mission is to courageously redefine and optimize futures through compassionate and powerful leadership. By combining hard work, spirituality, intuition, and transparency, I create opportunities for transformative change and growth for those I work with. I am dedicated to helping clients break through barriers and achieve their goals by collaboratively reverse-engineering their objectives and crafting strategic plans for success.

Building a Legacy
Beauty Queen
For almost two decades, I have competed in beauty pageants throughout the United States. No matter the title, my hope with each pageant is to defend innocence and bring awareness to hope we can prevent and stop the abuse of children. As Mrs. World America and Mrs. World America Fitness 2023-24, I have been honored to provide hope to children and survivors around the globe.
Advocate
After surviving an abusive household, teenage homelessness, and a suicide attempt, I have been determined to not only take control of my own story but also do everything in my power to defend and protect the vulnerable. In addition to my current role as CEO of Kids on the Move, I serve on the board of directors for Prevent Child Abuse Utah and have spoken on behalf of the vulnerable at the Women Economic Forum in New Delhi, India, high schools and universities in Côte d’Ivoire, and the Future Women’s Global Rising Summit.
Fitness Champion
Consistent effort and focus are key to achieving excellence and driving impactful results. My fitness journey is not only a reflection of my diligence in nurturing my body but also my commitment to self-care.
Mom
My husband and I have six wonderful children together, and one of the greatest joys of my life has been raising them into kind, responsible adults who feel seen and known. Together, we love baking and playing sports. I enjoy coaching their after-school basketball teams and serving as an active member of the school communities.
Model
Our only limits are the ones we put on ourselves, and incorporating my role as a working model amongst my others as CEO, mom, philanthropist, and author is the perfect example. From New York Fashion Week to Miami Fashion Week and beyond, having the opportunity to model in this season of my life has been a dream come true, and I love every chance to step in front of the camera or onto the runway.

As a woman of faith, taking time to reflect and connect to my inner compass is vital to how I lead and approach any obstacle. Doing so empowers me to explore solutions from an elevated perspective, as I know that no challenge is insurmountable. Operating from a place of peace empowers me to lead with clarity, precision, and an unshakeable strength in a world that often champions busyness, chaos, and signs of progress.
