Her profound understanding of what it takes to overcome the impossible stems from her own journey as a survivor of abuse and trauma, which has shaped her philanthropic missions, her intuitive nature, and her steadfast leadership. As a child, Rachelle was abused, abandoned, left homeless and hospitalized after a suicide attempt. But it was her unyielding determination and unwavering faith that empowered her to create the intentional life she has built with her husband, Scott, and their six beautiful children.

Following such devastating circumstances, Rachelle finished high school while working full time. She proceeded to work and give birth to six children while simultaneously spending the next 11 years earning dual undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Finance, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She has now spent 20 years in executive leadership roles within the telecommunications, genealogy, real estate, health care services, and education industries. Her notable contributions lie in her perseverance to find impossible and impactful solutions. Rachelle is skilled at reverse engineering into goals by mapping out exactly what is required to have a successful outcome.

As the chief executive officer at The American Campus Corporate (TAC), Rachelle helped establish a new American university located in Mauritius, Africa. With a lifelong passion for education and personal development, Rachelle has since evolved into a sought-after business coach, guiding others with the same strategic insight and resilience that shaped her own success.

By committing to and honoring her personal goals, Rachelle has gained the courage and confidence to deliver consistent results in all areas of her life. As if CEO, mom, author, speaker, model, business coach, and philanthropist wasn’t enough, Rachelle has also spent many years competing in pageants across the world. She uses her platform as both Mrs. World America and Mrs. World America Fitness 2023-24 to defend innocence and provide hope to children and survivors around the globe. She serves on the Board of Directors for Prevent Child Abuse Utah and has delivered powerful speeches at the Women Economic Forum in New Delhi, India, high schools and universities in Côte d’Ivoire, and the Future Women’s Global Rising Summit. She has been invited to speak at both CXO 2.0 and Game Changer conferences.

Declared one of Utah Valley’s Fab40 in 2022 and a 2024 Most Influential Women Honoree from Utah Business, Rachelle lives a purposeful and balanced life. In addition to her many leadership roles, she is just as committed to her family and to her health and fitness. She believes discipline is one of the highest forms of self-love, and she consistently puts in the necessary work every single day. Discipline is the characteristic that has made her so successful in all her endeavors. Combining hard work, spirituality, intuition, and complete transparency in both her personal and professional lives has helped her provide impactful solutions for others, promote a balanced and holistic lifestyle, and create opportunities for continuous growth and empowerment around the world.
